Ice Cream Desserts

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup oatmeal
• 1/2 cup brown sugar
• 1 cup chopped nuts
• 1 cup melted butter
• 1 (12 02.) jar Kraft caramel topping
• 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 350°
2. Combine flour, oatmeal, brown sugar, and chopped nuts
3. Add butter
4. Spread on a jelly roll pan
5. Bake 15 minutes
6. Let cool
7. Crumble 1/2 of baked nut mix into a 9" x 13" pan
8. Spread out evenly
9. Pour caramel over crumbs
10. Put slices of ice cream (slightly softened) on top of the caramel
11. Top with the remaining crumbs
12. Freeze

Optional

Adjust what you mix in, such as coconut, or chocolate chips.
