Easy Pie Crust

From my Mother

Prep time 10 minutes

Things You Need

  • Mixing bowl
  • Pastry blender or a pair of knives
  • Roller and a place to roll

Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter or margarine
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1/3 cup water

Directions

  1. Blend butter and flour with a pastry blender
  2. Add water and mix
  3. Add butter
  4. Roll out two pie shells

Optional

Instead of making two pie shells, cut in squares and have on hand for an instant pie by putting pudding on them.
